Franklin Street for $997,500. The fully leased 100+/- space parking garage is located in the Baltimore neighborhood of “Mount Vernon.”

Bradd Caplan, a commercial real estate associate for Alex Cooper represented the seller in the noteworthy sale. The property was purchased by a parking operator out of the Washington DC area. “Parking in the historic Mount Vernon area has always been scarce, making the demand for the parking garage exceptionally high while it was on the market,” says Caplan. The buyer plans to keep the garage as is, providing much needed parking to the Mount Vernon area. The 37,705 +/- square foot building features three stories, 100+/- parking spaces on 0.24+/- acres.
