Bradd Caplan, a commercial real estate associate for Alex Cooper represented the seller in the noteworthy sale. The property was purchased by a parking operator out of the Washington DC area. “Parking in the historic Mount Vernon area has always been scarce, making the demand for the parking garage exceptionally high while it was on the market,” says Caplan.
